Meme!

Found this...well, I'm not sure who's journal I saw it on, but I came across it while looking for decent multi-chaptered Captain America/Ironman ficcage (I'm still trying to decide if reading Captain America smut is unpatriotic...). So, yeah. Meme.

1. My username is _____ because ____.

Masterofmidgets, cause that's what I am everywhere on the internet, except ff.net, where I'm ninjasquirls for reasons that are complicated to explain. But I think this was the first place I was masterofmidgets. It's a nickname I picked up in senior year, for a number of reasons, the most notable one being that I am kind of (shut up) short. If by kind of you mean pretty much very short, so Envy started calling me midget. I objected to it, though, so I threatened her with severe bodily harm and evisceration - I shouted this into a crowded hallway, no less - until she agreed that I was at least the master of all midgets. I think there may also have been something with a secret midget army in my head? I dunno.

2. My journal is titled ____ because ____.

Random Incoherent Babbling, because that's more or less what it is. Me going on at great length and little intelligibility about fandom, school, occasionally music stupid shit my family does, etc etc, with no real point at all. And lots of yaoi, of course. 

3. My subtitle is ____ because ____.

"No, I really don't think you can use spontaneous combustion as an excuse." It's a quote from a Final Fantasy VII piece about Sephiroth and Zack and the things Zack does while drunk (and quite frequently while sober, I'm sure). I used it because I had just read the fic while I was customizing my journal, and thought it was pretty funny. And also because it is just about the perfect answer to every question ever asked. 

4. My friends page is called ____ because ____.

Friends. I've been meaning to change it, but the few times I've remembered I wanted to do that, I haven't been able to think of anything to change it /to/ So boring "friends" it remains until such time as I become slightly wittier, or slightly less picky.

5. My default userpic is ____ because ____.

A Roy/Ed pic from FMA, because at the time that was my hardcore obsessive OTP (not so much now, although I still love and adore it), and also because in my circle of RL fangirlish friends, I roleplay/am nicknamed Ed, so an icon with Ed in it seemed appropriate. I've thought of changing it, but I probably won't bother.

I got interrupted in the middle of this to gossip about my roommate's sex life with an upperclassman down the hall...and now I'm going to read Marx while taking frequent breaks for slash. This promises to be an interesting night.
