Good? Bad? Fish?

On the plus side: finally, after two weeks of wrong numbers and answering machines, got ahold of Rena, who is in charge of...something at the library back home, and she said that they didn't have a position open, but if the university/government was paying for it, I could totally work there this summer. So yay!

On the negative side: I now have less than three weeks to pull together a large amount of paperwork, including my W-4 and I-9 forms, an application from me for the work-study program complete with personal essays (one of which is "What would your superpower be, if you could pick" and oh god they had to ask this just when I got into comics fandom, didn't they?), verificiation of me being eligible for financial aid, and a long form from my employer that has to have hard copy signatures, the bastards, which means fucking snail mail and me freaking out.  Hopefully Rena won't kill me for putting her on the time crunch.

*headdesks* this wouldn't be such a problem if I'd gotten this taken care of over spring break, but nooo, I had to be lame.

At least the Iron Man movie looks utterly bad ass and awesome, and I have new icons.
