A Long Time Ago (We Used To Be Friends)

diamminesilver and hanjuuluver and I went to see Twilight! I am sorry, people who were sitting in front of us, that we could not stop whispering snide comments, and that during several key scenes we could not hold ourselves back from hysterical laughter. But you have to admit, Edward angsting his heart out while he sparkled like a club kid experimenting with body glitter for the first time while the sound track helpfully provided twinkly music was pretty damn funny.
And then we went to Border's and I got a new book for the plane ride back to California (Neil Gaiman's Anansi Boys), and back todiamminesilver 's house for pizza and the exchanging of the Christmas presents.
I HAS A BOOSTER GOLD!!!!!!!! He is tiny and made of plastic and FUCKING WIN. It is 52 Booster with the enormous dorky collar and he has a tiny tiny flight ring and Booster Shots and his hair and his googles and his shiny futuristic ass and the only way to make him stand up on the stand is to make him do a pelvic thrust and HE COMES WITH A SKEETS OMG I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. *glomps and cuddles*
AND I HAS A ROXAS!!!!!! He has absurd spiky hair and his silly Twilight Town clothes with the two-tone pants and the emo-kid rings and even as a plushy he looks so woeful and emo and now my Axel will never have to be alone again watching my other plushie couples (Cloud/Seph and Naruto/tiny!Sasuke) HE WILL BE SO HAPPY AND SO AM I!

And then we watched enough merlin to convincediamminesilver of the awesome gayness of it, and I believe we have made another convert. So that was great! And then we spent the night, which was fun if uncomfortable, as always. *beams*
Today I cleaned a bunch at my grandma's and then my aunt took me out to buy pants that I don't actually need (or particularly want), but I like boot cut and she thinks for some reason that straight leg are becoming popular and so boot cut will cease to exist, I don't know. So she bought me pants, but I did manage to get three new shirts that I did want - a scoop-neck gathered black shirt, a green shirt with this cool leaf pattern and 3/4 sleeves (the closest to long-sleeved I can stand), and a blue shirt with the Superman S on it, although I choose to assume it stands for Super-boy, since I like Kon-El better.
After that, I met up with my mom and Lisa for dinner, and then we went to Linda's so she could trim my hair. It looks all tidy and even now, I am very happy! And I was really good to get another chance to spend time with my mom before I leave.
So all in all, a really busy couple of days, but really fun!
Oh, and I got into my creative writing class! So Monday and Wednesday I will be taking Fiction Writing from 1.15 to 3.05. It will be awesome! Or it will kill me. One or the other.
