Three Good Things that Happened This Weekend:

1) I love my American Lit class. Full Stop. I just had an LJ-comment conversation on someone's reading response for this week about Nerd-canon books, Watchmen, and the apocalypse. <3333

2) With colourofsaying 's help I came up with a plot to go with the title of my first short story for Intermediate Fiction, which is Where The Leaves Go In Autumn. It is going to be about a girl who finds a fairy in her garden and catches it in a jam jar, while her sister is inside the house slowly dying. Yes, I'm bleak.

3) Walking to the bookstore yesterday and wondering if I could afford to buy myself lunch, I found $15 lying in the gutter.  \o/
