Now, actual comments on excerpt: no specific time period? I like Ianto in this. Rhys is very in character. Andy seems oddly taciturn - he's always been represented as particularly chatty. Then again, it seems like he might have a hangover and he's certainly having a Moral Dilemma what with him being a cop and John being a criminal. I think he should do like Simon and excuse it on the grounds that John is someone else's criminal to deal with.
