Fuzzy Pet Picspam, Round Two

Spent all day today with my mom - most likely the last time I'll get to spend any time with her before I leave for school. DX But it was a really nice afternoon - we walked over to the campaign offices to try to get some Obama stickers, then went to Sally's, the Dollar Store and K-Mart to get purple hair dye, new shoelaces, and envelopes, respectively (such high budget shopping, I know!), before taking an hour to sit and wait for our pizza to be made. Pizza Hut /fails/. And their pizza isn't even any good, at that. But it gave us tons of time to talk about stuff - everything from my friends to how even though I know there's not a chance in hell I want kids now my body kind of wants to do it anyway, to why Palin's nomination offends us as feminists, to particle physics. I think I'm really lucky that my mom and I have this close of a relationship, but it does make it harder to leave.

Anyway, while I was at the hotel, I got pictures of the kitty. He is basically made of win and awesome. *huggles the Ollie-cat*

Glad you got a chance to talk with your mom really well before you left. It's so nice that you have such a good relationship with her - even if it does mean being rather dribbly for half your car trip. *hugs* And the kitty pictures are nice.
