And It's Not Even Plague Season Yet
Feb. 2nd, 2009 07:06 pmYou know what is absolutely no fun at all? When you start out a day feeling okay, but then as the day goes on, you feel more and more craptastic, until by the end of the day you are undeniably sick and miserable. Yeah.
I held up through my fiction class okay, but I was so wiped I just headed home after and didn't bother with CS lecture, and now I've pretty much given up all pretense of working on my English paper or my CS problem set in favor of wallowing like a pathetic useless thing and watching cartoons (and Keith Olbermann). I am really, really hoping I just have a cold, and not the killer death plague that's apparently been going around campus, because I have a fuckton of work to do this week and I really can't afford to be sick. *crosses fingers*
I really wanted to go hear George Saunders speak tonight, because, you know, awesome. But that has been written out of my schedule in favor of reading some comics, talking some Advil, and going to bed.
